Tuttle Library Minutes
July 11, 2017
Present: Bill Bryk, Colleen Giffin, Ron Haggett, Steve Ullman, and
Margaret Warner, Library Director, Cynthia Jewett
Ron moved and Bill seconded adoption of the agenda. Voted unanimously.
Margie moved and Ron seconded adoption of the Minutes from the June 12, 2017 meeting. Voted unanimously.
Ron presented the monthly financial report. The Library is in satisfactory condition.
Cynthia presented an overview of book ordering for children and young adults
The Board thanked Cynthia and Colleen for their leadership in the recent spring cleaning of the building.
Colleen brought up the issue of parking for patrons.
Ron moved and Margie seconded a motion to purchase signs indicating library parking.
Adopted unanimously.
Allan Treadwell has been working on a computer upgrade.
Ron moved and Margie moved adjournment. Voted unanimously
